AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY
Deliveries can be sent out Worldwide, however, please check regulations at your destination to ensure your deliveries can be made successfully. At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO If you have any questions, please contact our customer services team: service@nomelnomel.com or message us on our official social media ( Facebook / Instagram ). We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Please view our delivery options for full details. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries however you will only incur one delivery charge. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order, there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. Time is not of the essence.Upon delivery of the merchandise to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your merchandise. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to House of r5 Ltd., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Return Policy
nomel hopes that you are happy with your order! We are sorry to hear if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.We offer return or exchange within 7 days from the receiving date of your purchased items. We can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original, unopened and unused condition, including product packaging and tags.*Please consider recording an unboxing video to protect your rights.
BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS
Please notice that all the promotional goods, including free samples and gift-with-purchases, must be returned. If the promotional goods are not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the samples and gift-with-purchases.A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.*nomel MerchAll the goods must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags attached.
FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS TO nomel:
- Please DM us on our official social media account or email our customer service team at service@nomelnomel.com. You will need to provide full details of your order number, along with details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Please include it on your shipping label and in a note within the box. You also need to clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange of the product. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them. All returning products will need to be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Please return your package by recorded delivery and keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.
- All returned goods will be examined upon receipt, as for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you once your replacement or exchange has been processed. Please allow us a maximum of 30 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
- We will pay for your package return shipping fee only when the products you first received have damages or were sent wrong, otherwise you will need to pay for the cost of additional shipping fee back and forth.
FAQ
Do you have international returns?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns for orders outside Taiwan at the moment.
What should I do if I forget to pick up my package at the convenience store?
If you have already paid but forget to pick up your package within 7-8 days, the package will be returned to nomel. Once we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to resend the products or not in 2-5 working days.
- If you decide to resend the products, you will need to pay the delivery fee again.
- If you want to return the products, we will refund you after deducting the delivery fee NT$80.
What should I do if I fail to pick up my package from the Hsinchu Transportation Co.?
If it happens when the delivery man can't reach the recipient or the recipient rejects the parcel, the package will be returned to nomel. Once we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to resend the products or not in 2-5 working days.
- If you decide to resend the products, you will need to pay the delivery fee again.
- If you want to return the products, we will refund you after deducting the delivery fee.
